The $250 is the visit: we come out, find the real cause, and fix it on the spot if it's a quick one. Anything bigger is quoted in writing first — no work starts without your yes. After hours, Sundays and holidays are $295, by text.

Service Agreement

1. What I'm booking. I'm booking a $250 diagnostic visit at the boat, on the day and in the time window I picked, at the address I gave. The visit covers coming to the boat, testing, and finding the actual cause of the problem I described. Any repair beyond that is quoted and approved by me before the work starts.

2. Payment in full reserves the visit. I agree to pay the $250 by Zelle to Andreu Marine Services LLC before the visit, or in cash arranged with Andreu Marine Services in advance. My slot is held only once the payment is received.

3. Moving or cancelling. I can move my visit with 48 hours' notice at no charge; weather moves are always free. Paid visits are rescheduled, not refunded. If Andreu Marine Services can't make it and can't reschedule me, I get every dollar back.

4. Access and contact. I'll have the boat accessible at the time of the visit (keys, lift, gate code, marina clearance). By giving my mobile number I agree to receive texts about this booking: updates, a reminder, and the photos and video of what we find.
