What The Complete Service Includes. Every Engine, Every Time.

One complete service, whatever the hour meter says — 100, 300, 500 hours or once a year. Parts included, manufacturer parts, one price per engine. Nothing added at the dock.

Engine oil and oil filter — full synthetic

Lower-unit gear oil and lower-unit drain seals

Spark plugs, the full set

Thermostats — always, on every engine

Fuel filter element or inline filter, if the engine has one

Fuel / water separator filter

Accessory belt or drive belt, if the engine has one

Complete water-pump kit — impeller, housing, gaskets

External anodes — always: the trim bracket anode and the lower-unit anode above the prop

Every grease point on the engine

Full inspection with a written report

Internal engine anodes are extra, by engine hours or on request. If your engine's schedule adds a part at 500 or 1,000 hours, we tell you before the visit.

Service Agreement

1. What I'm booking. I'm booking the Premium Full Service for the engine(s) listed above, on the day and in the time window I picked, at the address I gave. The price in the summary is for exactly those engines. If the engine at the boat is not the one listed, the price is re-quoted before any work starts.

2. Payment in full reserves the day. I agree to pay the full amount in the summary — parts, labor and sales tax — by Zelle to Andreu Marine Services LLC before my day, or in cash arranged with Andreu Marine Services in advance. My day is held only once the full payment is received. If my total is to be confirmed by text (an engine priced from its serial number), I agree to pay that total once I receive it.

3. Parts are ordered for my engines. Once paid, the parts are ordered for my exact engine(s). Nothing is added at the dock. Any extra work is quoted and approved by me before it starts.

4. Moving or cancelling. I can move my day with 48 hours' notice at no charge; weather moves are always free. Paid bookings are rescheduled, not refunded. If a refund is ever unavoidable after parts were ordered, the return shipping and any parts the supplier won't take back (opened oil, fluids, filters) are deducted. If Andreu Marine Services can't make it and can't reschedule me, I get every dollar back.

5. Access and contact. I'll have the boat accessible on the day (keys, lift, gate code, marina clearance). By giving my mobile number I agree to receive texts about this booking: updates, a reminder before the day, and the photos and video of the work.
